Beautiful room with good view to Ararat mountain. Spotless bathroom and a walk-in shower with good sewerage. The location great and incredible in terms of indoor entertainment. Again, walking distance to Mother Armenia.

Affordable luxury with a pool!
We spent 2 nights in a Superior Room and it was solid! Cheaper than other fancy hotels but still comfy. The pool was a nice escape and we enjoyed a cozy vibe at the bar. The only thing was the breakfast could have had more variety, but overall a nice experience!

The swimming pool.
1) Smoking inside the lobby without any cabin or smoking room! And when I mensioned it the answer was: It is Armenia... That was the most un clever answer that I could get. 2) The massage was terrible an very unprofessional. I asked to see if the person who gives the massage has got some kind of diploma or has gone through a course for giving massage but after a long discussion with different people from the hotel they could not show a pease of paper showing the qualifications of the massagaur. But the price was the maximum, comparing to the other luxury places. The massage room was without any kind of air conditioning, smelt bad, bad lighting aso. All together very bad experience! will absoloutly not recomand it to anybody.

Not much to say. Staff tried to be friendly, room is well sized, internet free but slow and unstable. The view from certain rooms towards the mountains can be superb.
Loads not to like. Although the weather was really warm (25-28C), the A/C was still in winter setting, therefore not possible to cool the room. When I asked, I was told to open the window. The hotel is hollow inside which means that it's very noisy: anyone talking at any level reverberates through the whole hotel. When I complained to the front desk one night that at 1:30pm people were laughing loud, I was told they'll check. One hour later I guess they were still checking... One morning I had no hot water, but the front desk was trying to show me they had. Breakfast is ok, but rather limited choices. The swimming pool is small, the sauna not hot enough and all gauges are broken, the jacuzzi didn't function, I had to insist to get a bathrobe and towel. And the best is saved for the end: taxi ride to airport is 10000d, when a normal price would be no more than 2000. It's even cheaper from the airport to the hotel (8500).

The location was bad; nothing even remotely close and on top of a hill, the pool was small and cold, the gym was nonexistent, the hotel charged way more than it should off for services like a shuttle or for the restaurant and bar and the food was downright awful everywhere in the hotel

The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help,, I could tell they cared. And the breakfast? Wow, it was among the best I've had. They had local delicacies I couldn't get enough of.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but I guess for the quality provided, it was still acceptable.

great breakfast but location could be better
The breakfast was great with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was attentive. The city view from my Superior Room was fine.
The location felt a bit distant from Republic Square, requiring more effort to explore the city.

The junior suite was a comfortable choice for a family stay, providing ample space and quality amenities. The rooftop bar served great cocktails with amazing views, especially captivating at sunset. Breakfast featured good chocolate croissants, though the hotel's distance from key attractions was slightly inconvenient.
